Crafts and kids play are every day. Crafts. A word I never thought I’d say so much. I sure as heck did not craft before I had a child. Again, when you’re a stay at home mom you will do whatever you can to keep sane. For me that’s crafting because it takes up time and my daughter happens to love crafts as well.
Pinterest is a great place to search for crafts and kids play ideas. I can’t do crafts all the time though, I need to keep her moving. She needs to have that active play, as do I! The picture below shows one of our DIY play ideas that was quite successful. Who knew hula hoops could be so useful!?
