Easy Ramadan desserts that look super festive are the best! Take these Ramadan brownies. Can you imagine how excited the kids will be to eat these Ramadan shaped brownies?!
Plus, they’re made from boxed brownies – but you can make them from scratch if you’d like! That’s the one thing I think tastes pretty close to the homemade recipe.
Once the brownies cooled, I took super cute Ramadan-themed cookie cutters and pressed them into the brownies. You could stop there and they’d look really festive. Or you could drizzle them with powered sugar, colorful icing or sprinkles.
Point is, they look festive and taste great, which is want you in an easy Ramadan dessert!

First things first. Make the brownies. I made them with a boxed brownie mix and I think they taste great. But if you’re looking for a homemade recipe, Sally’s Baking Addiction brownies are great.
Once you’ve made the brownies, I recommend putting them into a 13×9 pan. You’ll be able to make more shapes this way.
Then you’re going to need some Ramadan themed cookie cutters. You can get them from a bunch of different people but these are from Eidparty.co.uk.
You’ll also need icing, food coloring and sprinkles. I took store-bought icing and mixed it with a little milk to sightly thin it out. Then I divided it into four bowls and made purple, yellow, green and orange icings. I also kept some white icing.
Next up, cut the brownies out with the cookie cutters. I mean, how cute are these?! Stop here if you’ve had enough.
Or keep going… How about just drizzling it with a powdered sugar icing?
Or top with with some colorful icing…
And if you really want to get the kids involved and have a ton of fun, add sprinkles! Some I did, some my daughter did. It’s just fun for everyone.

- Homemade brownies or boxed brownies
- Ramadan shaped cookie cutters
- Icing
- Food coloring
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Bake the brownies.
- Let cool fully before cutting out the shapes.
- Cut the shapes out with Ramadan-themed cookie cutters.
- Make the icing, or buy some. If store-bought, and add a little milk to thin out.
- Divide the icing into four bowls and add food coloring. I did: purple, yellow, green and orange. Also leaving some white icing.
- Top with sprinkles.
- Enjoy!
